We searched for weeks on end for a dealership, within driving distance, that could do two things. 1. Have a 2024 Santa Cruz Ultimate available, and 2. offer us a fair trade value on our 2019 Wrangler with low kms and in pristeen condition. Southcoast, specifically Melissa, came to that party and worked relentlessly to accomodate our wishes. Melissa is very knowledgeable in all the vehicles she sells, and went the extra million miles to get us into our new vehicle as quickly and comfortably as possible, accommodating our tight schedule during a difficult family time for us. Dealerships in Brantford, Woodstock, London, Cambridge, Kitchener, Guelph and as far away as Chatham, do not take the time, explain the vehicle and process in depth, or provide the personalized service that Melissa and her team responded with.
